Newly wed of Effinde and Rahima was held on 21 November 2010 (14 Zulhijjah 1431H) . Its agreat opportunity for me to learn more about wedding photography... The 'Pantun's for Mr & Mrs Amm :

Helsingborg, Sweeden...

Helsingborg town

Last week, team Malaysia (that is us) went outing to Helsingborg, Sweeden...which is 20 minutes journey from Helsingor, Denmark. Hopefully, with my pictures, it can tell the stories about our journey.

Brief History : Helsingborg is one of the oldest cities of Sweden. Helsingborg's geographical position at the narrowest part of The Sound made it very important for Denmark, at that time controlling both sides of that strait. From 1429 the Danes introduced the Sound Duty (Sound Dues), a levy on all trading vessels passing through the sound between Elsinore and Helsingborg. This was one of the main incomes for the Danish Crown.

Helsingborg is small and nice place to visit, a lot of old buildings you can find here. We arrived in the afternoon, and most of the shops are closed. Sightseeing is near terminal area only. Here's some pictures to share...cheers (^_^)b .

The journey continues, 'jalan - jalan cari makan', and after 5 minutes looking for suitable place for lunch,then we noticed 'The Malaysia Restaurang', with a small fluttering Malaysian flag. Wholy owned by a malaysian Chef, originally from Negeri Sembilan, located not far from the terminal.

The food was so 'sedap' (delicious), and menyelerakan.As we was told,most of thier 'rempah' came from Malaysia. Its reminding us of our hometown, the picture below is what we ordered. And for those who want to come to Helsingborg, don't forget to come here... cheers, (^_^) b.

Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek Museum.......

Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek is a collection of sculpture museum... many types of sculpture you can see...from the ancient Mediterranean to Danish and French art... my purpose is to learn how to get a better picture, indoor photography ....with my DSLR...here's some pic to share.... Cheers :)

Frilandsmuseet sightseeing....

On the Day when I was bored at home,I need to go somewhere,anywhere, to places that have not been yet, while ber'FB'ing, and surfing the Internet, I was very impressed with the Frilandsmuseet, so, I get my camera and here some pics to share....enjoy :)

Located at Lyngby,Denmark... the Frilandsmuseet or an Open Air Museum(in English) is place where you can see the buildings from rural environments and dating from 1650-1950, and its from all regions of Denmark.

Mostly,all of the building here tell us the story of their earlier times, and all the buildings are fully furnished and equipped,and its interesting...

Windmill also can be found here.... it is used for a grinding mill, powered by the wind. I want to go inside the windmill,to see on how the mechanism works,sadly it was locked...what can I do....continue walking .

Tivoli Gardens is a famous amusement park and pleasure garden in Copenhagen, Denmark. Tivoli is currently the most visited theme park in Scandinavia. For those who come to Denmark, Tivoli Garden is suitable for those with and without afamilies.

Various events took place there...

The Tivoli Boys Guard is a music ensemble of boys aged 8–16 dressed in uniforms reminiscent of those of the Royal Danish Guard complete with bearskins.

The Pantomime Theatre...it is primarily a scene for pantomime theatre in the classical Italian commedia dell'arte tradition, which is performed daily with a live pit orchestra that I get to see it... although I don't understand the story..yet I have fun wacthing it..... (^_^)b

The Turning Torso, the Sweeden's highest building at 190meters, consists of nine cubes with 54 storeys, and 90 degree twist from bottom to top.

forgot the name of this... :)

Its a small town in Sweeden that is the closest from Copenhagen. 35 minutes from Copenhagen central station, crossing the border via Oresund Bridge. Its a nice place to go... :)

Today....after sending my wife to work,feelin' like to shot somethin' ... So I get all my gear and went to Botanical Garden, here's some pic that I get...Cheers... :)

'Buhat' in Kedayan Language, is what we called here in Labuan... flew away after finished 'hisap' honey at Bunga Simpur. Usually this 'Simpur' leave is used for wrapping 'Nasi tapai'.

This Spider I found somewhere @ Botanical Garden. Trying to get the right angle for this pic so that I can get the spider's web shining via sun light. We call this spider Mangga-mangga.

Bunga-bungaan also beautiful here..... but have to fine laa... :)

Last Sunday I went to see this 4 x 4 training session at Durian Tunjung area....... They play every week I think...more than 10 vehicle playing with hills,mud and etc. I took the shot and this is one of them. :)
